In addition to providing customers with one of a kind exhibition stands, Willow Group also offers complete project management to accompany all our stands. This service not only provides clients with peace of mind in the build up to the show but also ensures that all deadlines are met on time.
Planned to perfection
Project management of a stand starts with an exhibition services coordinator being assigned to a stand. This coordinator becomes a direct link between Willow Group, the client, event organizers, the venue and suppliers. Their job is to ensure the timeline of services set out by the organizers and the venue is strictly followed.
Your exhibition services coordinator ensures that services such as plan submission, health and safety and electrics are all completed and submitted on time. Should your stand have any hanging banners as part of the design, your coordinator will also ensure that the rigging plans are submitted and the rigging team is in place ready to lift the banner up during the build-up of the show.
One of the ways we take the workload off our clients is submitting stand plans for approval from the organizers. After written approval has been sent back to the coordinator from the organizers, then manufacture can start in the workshop. When it comes to the electrical plans, attention to detail and communication with the workshop is key. Without their input and guidance electric services could be installed in the wrong place causing any number of problems, the simplest being the power cord not reaching a TV! In addition to ordering all of the services, your coordinator also organizes the build-up of the stand with the workshop and makes arrangements for access and passes.
