AV Hire
Willow Group is proud to offer our clients as part of any stand design a full audio visual service including delivery and installation at any venue throughout the world. We supply the latest equipment on hire from our own stock or from our preferred suppliers. All equipment hired from one of our preferred suppliers is screened by our in house AV team before it is delivered to a stand, ensuring our company’s high standards are upheld at all times.
Ultra modern AV equipment
We currently have in stock various sized screens, cables and wall mounts, all of which are regularly updated. New for 2016 is a fleet of 32in screens perfect for software demonstrations, also in stock is the latest touch screen technology. In addition, we have available our ever popular four screen video wall which enhances any visitor experience.
With the visitor experience on a stand becoming more and more important, audio visual is often a great way to enhance involvement, from projections to videos we have you covered for the latest and greatest enhancements in technology. We are constantly sourcing the latest technology to increase your visitor experience and we would love the opportunity to do a design for you and prove that.
Furniture Hire
Willow Group are proud to offer a wide range of furniture for hire to complete even the largest of our stands. Our furniture range includes stools, tables, tub chairs, panton chairs, fridges and couches, to the hundreds of other options available through our preferred suppliers. If we don’t have the specific furniture your stand requires or what you had envisioned, we will be more than happy to source it for you.
Furniture for every exhibition occasion
When it comes to the layout of furniture on your stand there are several different routes you, as a client, can opt for. If you are looking for a more private, formal discussion area, we suggest a private meeting room with a full boardroom table and chairs set, paired with one of our 42 or 50-inch screens you would never guess you were in the middle of a busy exhibition hall with thousands of other people just on the other side of the door. This option can often lead to quite an advantage among competitors by allowing you to have a full sit down meeting with potential clients or invited guests.
More informal discussions and a more relaxed objective of the stand could lead to coffee tables with tub chairs around them. Not only does this give potential clients a chance to relax on your stand but having a cup of coffee and literature in front of them to grab as and when they wish creates a less pressured atmosphere on the stand. Another option which is hospitality based, like the tub chairs, could be stools around a bar/reception area. Unlike the tub chairs, which create a “stay for a while” atmosphere the stools are simply a place to perch for a short amount of time. Say enough time for a quick drink of water or a coffee to refresh your potential client while you wait for one of the demonstration areas to become available.
No matter which option is chosen all of our furniture is inspected and cleaned before it is loaded into the truck for delivery. This ensures that the customer is getting furniture that not only matches the objectives of the stand but is presentable and does not reflect negatively on the stand or the client.
