Project Description
Case Study – Trustpilot
We were first approached by Trustpilot for the opportunity to pitch them a stand concept, not only would this design go on to be built all throughout the UK by ourselves, but globally using other trusted organisations. As a result, we needed to create a warm inviting space that could be scaled up or down depending on the size of space Trustpilot booked.
About the stand
The core requirements for this project were relatively straightforward however, the challenge was to create a design that could be built in a range of different configurations depending on the stand space booked. Not only does stand space differ in size but also how many sides the stand is open. The core purpose of the stand is to introduce visitors to the Trustpilot platform and gain leads for the Trustpilot Business software. This meant the stand required discussion areas and demonstration areas.
The product demonstration areas were created to allow visitors to get hands-on with the software. One concern for the client which they experienced in the past with other suppliers, was that they needed to ensure a reliable and ultra-fast internet and Wi-Fi connection. We alleviated this concern by installing a dedicated network within the stand meaning that there were no issues surrounding connectivity or speed.
Other functional requirements of the design were to integrate a storeroom to house employees’ personal belongings, store refrigerated refreshments, store marketing materials and literature, and charge electrical devices. To keep the image consistent each paint colour was carefully matched to the brand colours which made the stand recognisable to visitors across the globe. We accompanied this decoration with Scandinavian-style furniture and flooring representing the brand’s heritage being founded in Denmark.
